Quality Seasonal Produce for Chefs
Darling Mills Farm has been supplying restaurants directly for over 30 years. In that time we have developed a special respect for chefs and the challenges of their job. Our aim is to help them as much as possible with the regular supply of the highest quality produce but also develop a mutual relationship that allows interchange of ideas. If a chef has a product they want us to grow we will gladly do that and if a chef would like a suggestion of something in season or a new varieties we will gladly oblige.

A full range of the freshest quality bunched herbs are available for small or large orders for your restaurant, catering or cooking needs.
A range of both modern cultivars and heirloom varieties are used to give diversity and continuity to our production.
A large array of edible flowers are grown throughout the year and flowering herbs are available on a seasonal basis.
