Quality Seasonal Produce for Markets
Every Saturday it is possible to buy fresh Darling Mills produce at Farmers Markets in Sydney. For over 20 years we have been getting up early on Saturdays and driving our refrigerated vans full of the freshest produce to supply our market customers.
On Saturdays we are at Carriageworks Markets from 8am-1pm and at Northside Market on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month between 7am-12pm.
Apart from our range of salad mixes and herbs my son Max has his range of products there as well. Max, a qualified chef, uses Darling Mills produce to make his green sauces, pestos and pastes, as well as salad dressings. His famous marinated olive mix is a very popular item too.

A full range of the freshest quality bunched herbs are available for small or large orders for your restaurant, catering or cooking needs.
Salad Leaves
A range of both modern cultivars and heirloom varieties are used to give diversity and continuity to our production.
Edible Flowers
A large array of edible flowers are grown throughout the year and flowering herbs are available on a seasonal basis.
